Our Policies
No work will be scheduled until all necessary materials, a 75% down payment, and a completed work order have been received. This includes trim, fabric, etc.
Work orders must be completed or approved by the designer. Information such as projection, returns, rod width, flange size and style, etc. must be entered on work order.
Fabrics MAY be drop shipped to Kaylee’s Creations at 126 Corrine Dr Greenville, SC 29607. Please email a picture of the fabric showing the correct color way, side you prefer, and direction of print. Most installers are happy to pick up from the work room and save you time.
All final payments are due before jobs are picked up.
We require the use of house linings.
Rush orders will be handled based on calendar availability and will incur an up charge.
We are happy to measure projects and attend installation if requested. Certain fees apply, as stated on the menu of services. If we go to your client’s home we will introduce ourselves as representing your firm. We do NOT give out our cards or contact information to YOUR client.
If there is a mistake on our part we will make it right ASAP. It is our goal for things to be perfect the first time but mistakes happen. In these cases we do not want your client to wait any longer than absolutely necessary.
We carry workers comp and insurance to cover incidentals on job sites and to protect your project from incident in our space.
We are happy to quote labor and yardage for each job as a courtesy. While we do our best to get the yardage amount correct, if extra yardage is needed the customer will have to purchase.
If design or fabric changes from what was originally quoted, a new estimate/change order will be created before work begins.
All wholesale accounts are required to have a current re-sale certificate on file with Kaylee’s Creations, LLC
