Step #1:
the work order
During this step, we learn about you, your project, and your specific soft goods or window treatment needs. Please contact us to request a work order form and make sure to completely fill out each section. The more detail you can provide, the better.
Step #2
the Collaboration
After reviewing your work order form, we will contact you to set up a time to discuss the project details. This step may require more than one meeting.
Step #3
the Fabrication
After we have received the fabric (and hardware, if necessary), we will begin the fabrication process.Our professional workroom will become your ally throughout this time, and we will update you on the status of the project along the way. Feel free to schedule a visit to our workroom during this time. We'd love to have you!
We require a 50% down payment before the project can start.
Step #4
the installation
On installation day, you will have your completed window treatments in hand. We are happy to attend installs as needed. Let us know how we can best serve you.
Your remaining 50% payment will be due at this time.
